I made an appointment and got there 3 min late telling me the doctor can't do anything about that and I need to reschedule. They sent me texts from 3 different numbers to fill out paperwork prior to the appointment even though I'm a returning patient, mind you the links didn't work anyway (redirects you to a invalid number), I got calls from 3 different numbers 6 times (over kill) for a reminder. Customer Service was rude at the front desk too.

This place is very courteous and checking in my appointment was on-time. The doctor was very thorough and the assistant as well. I was able to get progressive lenses and received a huge discount on the transition lenses. They helped me find a great pair of glasses. I don’t have insurance and so it was a lot but I have no regrets. Recommend this location at Oakridge mall 1000%.

I had a confirmed appointment with Dr. Brittany Huynh that was verified through the office website, email confirmation, and text message reminders. However, when I arrived, I was informed by the office manager that my appointment had been canceled because I did not confirm it by phone. I found this policy frustrating and disappointing. If an appointment is already confirmed through multiple official channels, patients should not risk having their appointment canceled simply because they did not complete an additional phone confirmation. This resulted in a wasted trip and unnecessary inconvenience. I believe the office should clearly communicate this requirement in advance and reconsider a policy that allows confirmed appointments to be canceled despite patients receiving confirmation through the website, email, and text messages.

Five stars, all thanks to Kevin Shaffner. The quality of the lenses is excellent, but what really stood out was the fitting and adjustments Kevin provided. Getting progressive lenses right isn’t easy. Kevin took the time and had the patience to figure out what I needed, and it made all the difference. You can buy fancy frames anywhere, but this level of care and attention is rare. That’s what makes Kevin stand out—you can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job well and making customers happy. I will definitely be back to order my second pair, and honestly, it’s because of Kevin. I hope his management sees and values the great work he does. I also want to mention Sophia, who is outstanding. Even though I wasn’t her original customer, she took the time to help me, listened carefully, and genuinely cared. She was incredibly kind and made the whole experience feel easy. Thank you so much for such excellent service, Sophia!

I got an eye exam somewhere else. I ordered eyeglasses today and overall it was a good experience. Miranda was great. Very helpful and kind. I was just disappointed because I was told last week by another employee that a certain pair of glasses would be in today, 04/14/2026. I was told today that the release was postponed until the 28th. Not too happy, but Miranda made my experience better. Thank you.
