Aerhais provided fantastic service. She helped me find the perfect two pairs of glasses and ensured I had all the special features I needed including crossly coating. In fact my husband had not intended to buy glasses and he ended up ordering 2 pair. Areas is a very valuable sales associate. On the other hand I am disappointed at the outside appearance of the store every time I come. It’s deplorable. Everything is overgrown. I’m ashamed to pull into the parking lot. Please address this concern if you expect referrals from your customers. Routine landscaping is important.

Lovely-lovely time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The entire staff and environment was so welcoming and accommodating the entire visit. Wex is amazing and very passionate about what he does. There was never any sales pitch or pressure to add-on or purchase anything out of my price range. He answered every question I had, and tried troubleshooting to see if I had vision coverage with my insurance. He never made me feel like a problem for being woefully unprepared when I walked in. 😭🥴 He also made it a priority to present the price differences between my two frames with the standard vs premium transition options. I opted for my premium frame anyway cause I came in with an idea of boujee transition lenses 👓💅✨ Dad jokes were a plus. 😂😂

We were in town visiting family when my dad accidentally broke his glasses, and we needed help fast. We stopped into LensCrafters not knowing what to expect, and it honestly turned into one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in a long time. Sirjarrett assisted us, and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He took the time to carefully adjust my dad’s glasses and made sure everything fit comfortably and correctly. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly well-versed in what he was doing, which made us feel confident we were in good hands. On top of that, he had a very professional appearance and carried himself with a level of confidence and ease that stood out right away. He was more than willing to help, answered every question we had, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I’ll also say this he is genuinely personable, kind, and yes, very handsome, which didn’t hurt the experience at all. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism, expertise, and great energy all in one. If you visit this location, definitely ask for Sirjarrett. From the time I walked in until I left, he was professional, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was right. Most importantly, he helped get my vision back right. I didnt realize how much I was missing until I put my new glasses on. It's rare to come across someone who not only knows their job but also truly cares about the people they're helping.
