Just a had a great experience at Lenscrafter in Perimeter Mall. Jon and Joanie are excellent at customer service and went above and beyond to help me with my glasses repair. You can truly tell the difference in service when you shop these days. The newer salespeople seem not to move with a purpose to help you and seem to have excuses for something they cannot do instead of asking for help from a more senior experienced employees. HQ…Jon and Joanie truly have what it takes to manage stores and need to be recognized for their service. I will definitely tell family and friends about how great this store is… Thanks Jon and Joanie.

Nicole, the assistant manager, was AWFUL. Came in to order a pair of glasses due to an insurance mistake. Very condescending and rude while getting my info. Worst part: she put a 10 yr old prescription from 2013 on my new frames, despite me literally giving her my prescription from this January 2026. (Which is illegal) So when I picked them up, I might as well have had my glasses off. She also refused to honor the Customer Appreciation Week 40% offer: I pointed to the sign with the advertisement and she snidely said it was “for lenses, not the glasses” which was obviously false. Ended up paying $600+ for what should’ve been $200 glasses. I ended up going to the Peachtree Corners location which was a MUCH better experience: very polite, kind and most of all professional employees, who quickly ordered new lenses for me, and even apologized on behalf of this store. Never coming here again, so long as that Nicole works here. Peachtree Corners in the Forum Mall is MUCH better! :)

I recently visited Lens Crafter At perimeter mall and was disappointed with the customer service I received. Upon entering the store, the assistant manager, Nicole, was unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome as customers. A positive attitude and courteous interaction can make a big difference in a customer’s experience, and unfortunately, that was lacking during our visit. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as good customer service is an important part of creating a welcoming environment for shoppers. customer over 10 years

My husband and I stopped by LensCrafters in Perimeter Mall as they were in network with our vision insurance. We were looking for new progressive glasses and sunglasses. Our experience was definitely 5 stars as we were guided through the process by Ramone, one of the assistant opticians on staff. Ramone provided a comprehensive explanation of the available frames and pricing as well as helpful feedback when trying on the frames. He was very patient while we learned about the different lens options. In fact, he also helped us find the best coupons and promotions for our purchases. We saved hundreds of dollars over the 4 pairs all because of Ramone. Highly recommend Ramone -- true professional and very customer-focused. Thank you, Ramone!

I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Alessandra. My glasses were pretty bent out of shape, and she took the time to carefully fix them and make sure they fit perfectly again. She was really patient, friendly, and clearly knew what she was doing. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping you out like that. I really appreciate her taking the time to get everything just right, definitely made my day a lot easier. Thank you again, Alessandra!
