He took his time with my spouse and I and showed us all our options with our Aetna insurance (it was my first time using my vision insurance and he made it less intimidating). The staff even booked our eye exam for us next door so we were able to get our everyday glasses and prescription glasses. They also offer 30 day happiness guarantee so if you don’t like your glasses they’ll help you return/exchange. Definitely recommend!

I came in needing some new lenses and frames as my current ones are a little old/scratched up. Nhat was so personable and amazing, he helped me find my original frames and helped order my new lenses appropriately. It is rare to find someone like Nhat in customer facing positions, he truly didn’t make us feel like a bother at all! The Ballston LensCrafters team is wonderful. Nhat helped both me and my husband find glasses, and he truly has an eye for what color, shape, etc looks best. Nhat at the Ballston LensCrafters provided exceptional customer service. He worked with me for over an hour to select two pairs of progressive lens eyeglasses.
