Lenscrafters

We had a very disappointing experience with LensCrafters. We paid extra for the protective coating on our lenses, expecting it to enhance durability, but unfortunately, it began peeling in less than six months. Since the order was placed online, we first contacted customer service by phone and were advised to visit our nearest store for assistance. However, when we went to the store, we were told they could not help because the purchase was made online. This back-and-forth was frustrating and unhelpful. My husband and I have both been wearing glasses for over 20 years, and we have never experienced anything like this before. Overall, we are extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the lack of consistent customer support. This experience felt misleading and not worth the additional cost. It’s literally a scam!

Wonderful experience, Ms. Stella and Mr. Alex fixed my sunglasses free of charge even though they were glasses I bought online from a different company. Had a screw that was popping out and loose, which made one of the legs of the glasses flimsy and uncomfortable to wear. Thank you so much! :)

Josh was a wonderful sales associate. He helped me with my frames and went above and beyond by arranging to have them shipped to another state for me. His attentiveness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with Josh if you're in the area. Came back to this location after I think 3 years or so due to getting back on insurance and love the new remodel. Looks amazing and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Didn't wait long for anything and was in and out. I think it with my exam and getting the glasses and fitting took about an hour. Definitely a great experience.

Great service from Dr. Perez to the sales associate Josh. Dr. Perez made me feel welcomed even though I accidentally booked my appointment at the wrong Lenscrafters. He made sure he took his time with me & gave me the best and most thorough exam ive had. I feel he made sure to get me the correct prescription, he didn’t rush anything. For my Sales associate I give a million thanks & very happy Josh took care of me I feel like I got a bang for my buck. He enrolled me in the Lenscrafters Program I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for a few of my lenses & also gave me a deal on my other 3 pairs. Im so grateful for Josh if it wasn’t for him id probably only have bought 2-3 pairs but I asked him, if I buy 6 pairs will I get a deal ? Truth be told he stuck by his word got 3 pairs with the Lenscrafters program & 3 pairs half off frames and lenses. Your boy Josh really showed out he went above and beyond. Side note 4 out of 6 of my glasses are Versace it wasn’t the basic lenses he looked out on. They are all higher end glasses Also put me on to some other high end glasses I also purchased. He’s a really cool guy & I Loved his services. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you guyz !!!
