You guys were all great. My family has been getting our glasses there for years and everyone and the associate helping us are always so kind, helpful and really try their best to listen to make sure we get what we need. The process when I can in was fast and the associate that helped me was great. I don’t remember her name but she was very personable. I work in the medical field so I understand how it can be harder to give great patient care especially on days when I’m tired and it’s really busy. Thank you so much for your help and I definitely will be referring you guys to other people.

Michael was awesome and so helpful. He was very patient with helping me find a new pair of glasses. Dr.Nicholas was also very thorough with her exam and addresses all of my concerns.

The eye exam and experience with the eye doctor was great but the experience with the person helping me buy my glasses was disappointing. I had a hard time finding lenses that I liked and when I finally found a pair I liked I was told they only came in one color. When I went to the lens crafters website I found out the lenses actually came in another color that I preferred. I called to request that the color in the order be switched and I was told that’s not possible, because they don’t have access to online options. Weird business model on behalf of lens crafters. I was then told I could pay for the lenses out of pocket, return them, and order them again from the store so they’ll have them in stock — again, really weird business model. Additionally, I requested a discount based on my American Bar Association membership and was told they don’t do that when it’s clearly a benefit listed on my membership explanation. Ultimately, I asked for my order to be cancelled so I can order my preferred lenses on the website and I was told that would be processed within the next 24 business hours but instead of a confirmation email or text with saying my order was successfully cancelled, I received a text saying my glasses are ready. - Elly Marisol Estrada Cruz

They take time to explain lens options and pricing with kindness and patience. The overall service Kayla and Jill provide is truly outstanding. Thank you!
