Excellent service! Aubrie replaced the nose pads on my glasses in less than two minutes. She even changed the pad on the other side so both would match perfectly, which I really appreciated. She was very kind, professional, and had such a warm, friendly smile. The whole experience was quick and pleasant. I highly recommend her

Brandon did an awesome job helping me out and taking his time. He was very patient with me and his expertise was taken into consideration when it came to purchasing my eyewear. I'm definitely coming back to this location if all employees are like this.

Aubrey and Laura were excellent. They helped repair the spring hinge on my glasses in record time and made the whole process easy. Both of them were incredibly kind, sweet, and professional. I really appreciate the quick service and the way they treated me. Highly recommend this location.

Laura was an amazing help, came in because I lost my glasses in a parking lot and they were run over. They went above and beyond, even calling other stores to see if they could get my difficult script filled any sooner but we still went with this location which I was very happy with. While we were finishing up and paying Laura took my scratched lenses and fit them into a temporary frame that we'll be returning so i'd have something in the meantime which I appreciated so much. An amazing experience and they were so helpful.

I brought in a pair of glasses I bought online because one of the nose pads broke off, and Aubrey quickly fixed the broken nose pad, replaced the other, and cleaned my lens.
