Went late on a Friday night because my daughters' glasses had gotten broken. We got there right before they closed and Bob couldn't have been nicer. I thought we had gotten her glasses here and they were under warranty as I had bought her sisters glasses here turns out we didn't. Bob still fixed them for us and didn't charge us. They are as good as new if not better. Would definitely buy glasses from them And shout out to Bob who was great during the entire interaction.

Excellent Service during Sales. However, when I went back for service; not a good experience. I made half frame glass. One of the glass was so sharp that it cut my skin when my kid pushed it. I went to fix it, they said half frame glasses are like that. BUT other side is smooth and not sharp. I ask to fix and they said i would have to pay. My thought: 1. Its their fault to give me hazardous glass and I would consider it their fault which should be fixed for free. My fault was I went back after their 30 days guarantee (6 month). 2. But when I bought glass, they sold me $37 or $47 plan which they said would cover any repair. Nothing more details. But now they ask for deductible payment (not explained at time of sale). My family of 3 shop there for 2 year. NOT ANYMORE.
Bob and Cindy truly saved the day!! They were incredibly helpful and I was in and out of the store in under an hour with my new glasses after my main frames and back-up frames broke. The relief I felt knowing I would have new glasses the same day is indescribable as someone who cannot see more than 3ft in front of them without glasses. Thank you!!
Ana Patricia was amazing! Very clear and helpful with understanding my needs. With so many places offering similar services and frames, it was refreshing to get customer service that genuinely cared. Thank you Ana Patricia. I dont leave many reviews, but when something is worth noting, I feel obligated to give appreciation.
It had been three years since I purchased my glasses—along with their 48-hour service—and today I returned to have my lenses updated; the service and care I received were excellent. Ana Patricia's assistance—particularly in identifying alternatives and other solutions—was key.
