I had a great experience at this lens crafters I was a bit skeptical because of it being inside Macys and not having as exceptional service as a stand alone location but I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely come back for any glasses needs Brenda was extremely professional informed and helped me with every and any question I had and believe me there were a lot I was extremely indecisive as glasses are meant to be kept for a long time but her patience and attention to detail made me feel sure on the item I selected. Milena and Gustavo were so kind and helpful. Ready to support the minute we stepped into the shop. Initially we walked in for a repair which Milena was very knowledgeable in helping. While waiting, we were looking at the new Meta glasses where Gustavo shared the different variations and tech they had. Both were very helpful and were able to fix my glasses. Very appreciative.

I’ve been here a few times LensCrafters for years across the country. I like Dr. Miyabe a lot. Why do I go to LensCrafters? Reliability and trust. I got a pair of eyeglasses and frames that totaled $400 after insurance. As soon as I put them on at home I realized there was something wrong with them. At night, everything was a blur. During the day, they looked distorted. The lens was also visibly protruding from the frame. Now I’m a busy person and I also just thought I might need to get used to them, but after awhile I realized I needed to go in and get them replaced. I thought surely this will be no problem for LensCrafters. To my surprise, I was told there was nothing they could do besides pay for ANOTHER exam and new lenses. I was also told the lens protruding was “normal” because of the large frame which makes no sense given my previous prescriptions. Given I was left with no reliable glasses, when I was on a trip to Mexico I went in to a shop, gave them my prescription, they were ready in an hour, and were immaculately placed in the frame. I can see perfectly. It seems that the days of quick service and a happiness guarantee are gone from LensCrafters.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my contact lenses through LensCrafters. The ordering process was simple and efficient, and Sarai was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, making the entire experience smooth and professional. I’ll definitely continue using LensCrafters for my vision needs.

GG was awesome. She fixed my delicate Gucci glasses in less than 5 minutes. I went to multiple sunglasses repair shops and they were all too scared to handle my glasses. Great experience with GG
