Great experience from start to finish. Doctor was thorough and answered all questions. Sales associate was great and very helpful. Was knowledgeable from picking out frames and lenses. Did not rush he answered all questions delivery was within time frame stated. Was so impressed ordered sunglasses when picking up new glasses. Highly recommend.
Dr. Karen Neckers is a "top-notch" doctor and deserves recognition for her professionalism. She is very caring and patient and takes her time to provide a thorough examination. My husband and I are impressed with her services and will continue to go there. Thumbs up to Dr. Neckers! The two sales representatives, Rogelio Morales and Saul Cespedes, were phenomenal when it comes to selecting eyeglasses, choosing lens options, applying insurance policies and comparing copays. They spent a lot of time with us and provided their expertise opinion, which helped us to make a decision. We are now looking forward to picking up our new eyeglasses thanks to their teamwork! I went in for contacts and glasses. I had a pleasant experience there overall. I think i selected 10 pairs of frames that I liked, the lady at the front desk came and hand me one single frame to try. I end up going with that. They know what they doing there. Very happy with this place.
Nothing short of a great experience from initial point of contact. I was looking for an office that accepted my insurance, looked up this LensCrafters (in Macy’s) location and saw the great reviews. It did not disappoint! Dr. Neckers was kind and answered all my concerns. Roger was also great, insightful and went above and beyond since my first call to book an appointment to ordering my contacts. Definitely recommend this location and I will return for all my eye care needs!
