I see Dr. S (I’m not going to attempt spelling her last name) yearly and she and the staff have always been so friendly. I have high pressures and they make sure I get yearly testing. The text message/email reminders for your yearly appt are also great because life gets busy and you forget. The facility is also beautiful and feels homey.
Amazing customer service! They were all so patient with me while I took my time picking out a new pair of frames. I’m always greeted warmly by someone at the front desk and everyone is always so helpful and happy. I can’t say enough good things about Emily and the rest of the staff at Lifetime Vision Center!

I called in the day after my initial appointment to make a change to my eye glasses order, I realized I under utilized my insurance benefit so requested the one pair cancelled so I could come back in and get a better pair. I called my insurance and confirmed the claim had not been submitted yet, but the office claimed they do not ever cancel orders or provide refunds, even though my product is still 2 weeks away. at no point did they mention a no refund policy during the order. so I'm stuck with 120 glasses instead of 200+ glasses my insurance would have covered. In short I would have come in to spend even more money if they had worked with me and been professional, but now I will never be using their services again.
From the front desk staff to the technicians administering the tests, and including Dr. S, everyone demonstrates a high level of professionalism. The team is approachable, knowledgeable, and communicates clearly. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. The tecnician that helped me was Hailey Jones. Thank you.
