I had a great experience at Look Eye Care. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff made the whole process easy and comfortable, and they took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. It’s clear they really care about their patients. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care and a positive, stress-free visit!

Don’t listen when they tell you that you need polycarbonate lenses! Get your prescription and shop around at other eye care centers! They are ripping people off! I don’t like to get lied to just for a few extra bucks!

Shreveport residents should think twice before purchasing eyewear from this business. Based on my experience, the level of incompetence and lack of customer care is alarming. I paid $150 for a pair of readers that broke within a week—the lens literally fell out while I was in the airport. What’s worse, just 15 minutes after making the purchase, I returned to the store with a better lens option and asked if it could be swapped. I was told no, because the order was already “in the system.” No flexibility, no effort to help—even within the same hour. When I picked up the glasses, the nose piece was already loose. I asked them to tighten it, and instead of properly fixing the issue, they used pliers to squeeze the frame. That exact area is where the lens later fell out. Basic logic says that weakening the frame like that would only make the product more unstable. Even with insurance, the pricing was excessive for the poor quality provided. If a significant number of customers are experiencing issues, that reflects a deeper problem with how this business operates. This experience made it clear: this company does not prioritize quality, accountability, or customer satisfaction. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. -to add insult to injury, this is my first time ever buying a pair of glasses

THIS Is ALL I Got! No Case! No Cloth! Just a plastic bag with 2 lens wipes Good Only for 1 Use! This pickup was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! The customer service was ok... (due to the lady before me receiving a cloth and little baggie) 🤔I give this visit a 2 star...👎🏽Nothing More... Nothing less...Be Blessed

If you go here for your eye exams DO NOT listen when they say it’s a MUST you get polycarbonate lenses!! When I went back to speak to them the owner ( Dr.Christine M. Davis) told me it was optional to ALL patients! Get your prescription from them and shop around like I should have done before purchasing and not after! 3 other eye-care clinics informed me that my baby DID NOT have to get polycarbonate lenses! They are ripping people off just to get extra money! You have been warned! 😡😡 #LookEyeCare Line Ave in the parking lot with Brookshires
