Dr Zinc and her staff was amazing. I did a walk in and they took me. The staff and doctor answered all my questions clearly and made me so comfortable with them. Highly recommend.

Sarah is awesome!! She takes the time if needed to answer all your questions. Had not seen her for almost 2 years and she actually remembered me and what was going on at the time of my last appointment. I love going to her!!

Came in as a first time patient to get an updated eye exam and was greated by Brenda at the door who was so helpful and made my visit go smooth. She was very knowledgeable When showing me frames that would fit my face structure and the pricing was super affordable Defenitly found my new eye clinic for future visits

I've been visiting this location for years. After spending three decades searching for a reliable eye exam provider, I finally found Look Optical. Initially, I visited the lakeside location a few times before securing an appointment at the Guitar Center, located in the parking lot on 87th and Sheridan. This was the best eye exam I've ever received. From the greeter to the doctor and fitting specialist, I love this place. I wouldn't go anywhere else unless they closed or I was no longer alive. I've referred my children, my father, friends, and cousins here. It's a fantastic establishment with top-notch service, a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and professionalism at every level.

I made an appointment for my daughter and I and was able to get in right away!! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The Dr we saw (I forgot her name) was so kind and made me and my daughter feel so comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable. I have never had a better experience at an eye dr. I will absolutely be back for years to come!!!
