Very dishonest business practices. Jacky will upsell you and not disclose the truth about cost on top of that he is condescending and rude when you ask simple clarifying questions. I recommend going elsewhere or doing your research prior to coming here.
Had sunglass frames that needed reg lenses and was leaving on a plane the next morning. Lux handled it within an hour at the last hour GRATEFUL
I had the best experience here, can't recommend more. The optometrist is a master and really takes the time to talk you through the different lens types, which frame will be best for your prescription to avoid bulky lenses, etc. Their priority is not to turn the biggest profit, it's to have the customer leave with the glasses that suit them best. I went to way too many places before I went here, and won't waste any time elsewhere again. Thank you so much Luxeye team!!
Experience was perfect, store has a great selection and was able to order me the pair of glasses I wanted with a very quick turn around time. Kunal and the Optometrist that did my exam were great! Refreshing to have such a good experience at an optometrist. Thankyou!
Love the selection at this store! The employees are extremely helpful, especially Kunal and Jiaxin! They were very accommodating and patient while I worked through my indecisiveness with choosing a bunch of frames. They also offered very insightful suggestions based on my face shape and style choices for my friend and I. I would absolutely come here again! I’ve already come back multiple times for more frames lol
