Madison Eyes

I used my annual insurance allotment to get a prescription and once I got my glasses one of my eyes was still out of focus so I asked to have the perscription updated. The doctor is on maternity leave and so they had me wait around for hours then looked at my perscription and just told me they weren't going to update it. I am furious as I now have to spend more out of pocket money and more time to go to Costco or somewhere to get an updated prescription so I can get glasses that work. I do not recommend this place based on this experience. I would give no stars if possible.

I have been a patient/client for many years and have always been impressed with the level of care at Madison Eyes. I was thoroughly examined by a technician and then met with Dr. Ojaswita Bastola. Dr. Bastola conducted a further examination and clearly explained the results to me. The other staff is similarly excellent.

This five stars review is for the office members! I have been going to Madison Eyes for many years. Due to my high index prescriptions, the glasses/contact lens selection and insurance paperwork tend to be more complicated. The team working there are truly fantastic, super helpful, professional and friendly! Jess (the Manager), Molly (the Technician), and Dorothy (the Front Desk Manager) make up the dream team! They know their jobs so well and they truly care and want to help. For the doctors, it has been a bit of a revolving door in recent years. I have seen a few of them, and they all seem to be okay. But truth to be told, it is the office members who are keeping the practice running smoothly and maintaining the overall service level.

Dr. Jennifer Lee completely exceeded my expectations. I went in expecting a routine eye exam, but the experience felt like so much more. I left with better contacts and a much clearer understanding of my vision because she took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. What stood out the most was her demeanor and professionalism. She made me feel comfortable right away and treated me like a human, not just another appointment on the schedule. The exam felt extremely thorough, and it was obvious she genuinely cares about her patients and the quality of care she provides. I walked out feeling confident in my vision and honestly impressed by how good the experience was. Dr. Lee is easily the best optometrist I have ever been to.

I wish all providers conducted themselves as Dr Valesca does! She takes her time with you to explain things, is patient and very thorough. I’d definitely recommend her. The office staff and the technicians are very pleasant and accommodating as well.
