Dr. Ly is a consummate professional and I appreciated that they let me use my own frames for my new glasses. However, my appointment was at 12:30pm and they took almost an hour to actually see me and I felt like that retracted from my pleasant experience.
Dr. Ly is amazing. She is thorough, caring, and explains everything very well. The young woman in the front, Annabelle, was so sweet and friendly. She took the time to explain all options and features and did not try to sell me features I did not need. Highly recommend.
Dr. Ly is always so nice and thorough with my exams. Her staff is always welcoming and accommodating. I will always recommend her and her practice when asked.
I didn't even get a chance to go to my appointment. Someone from the office called to confirm my information I provided when I scheduled my appointment online. First, I was asked if I had had the correct insurance information. I said yes. Then the person said that company doesn't have vision insurance as I am looking at my vision insurance card. Then I told my member ID was wrong because it did not have a alphabetical letter in the ID. Again, I'm looking at my card and said what I provided was correct. They proceeded to say they would have to check it out. At this point I'm annoyed and canceled the appointment. I know what my insurance provides and I provided the correct information. So disappointed since the reviews were good about the doctor.
Dr. Ly is pleasant and precise when examining you. She makes adjustments when needed and has genuine concern for her patients.
