Everyone here really cares about what they do and I feel that they care about me. It’s beautiful to see customer service on this level. From the minute you walk in, the ones behind the counter, All the way by the time you get to talk to Bob upfront. You’d really have a hard time finding somebody who will take care of you as good as Bob does. It’s definitely the people who make the difference here. It’s a 10 of 10 for sure.🤗

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was wonderful. They really seem to care deeply and they make you feel like you are the only patient in there which is far from true. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything very well. The lady who did the scheduling was very helpful getting everything scheduled and making sure I was okay with the times she gave me. I am going to change from Bozeman Hoff to McDonald for all of my eye care. Thanks to all of you.

Both I and my husband have Dr. Roller and are impressed. She is a fantastic explainer and offers great advice. We have a variety of issues between the two of us including cataract surgery. She and her associates have taken excellent care of us. Geaux Keegan!

Great experience with all of the staff . It was my first time getting an eye exam in a long time, and all of my questions and concerns were taken seriously and answered in detail. Only thing I ask is to change the hours of operation on Google! Went to pick up my glasses today (Friday, May 15th) and when I arrived at the location around 4:30, the door had the hours of 8-3, whereas Google still says 8-5. Thankfully I work in the area so I’m not too pressed about it but I see how this could affect other customers.
