The staff is always professional and efficient. Appointments typically start on time, and the wait to see the doctor is minimal. Dr. Walls is both knowledgeable and personable, making patients feel comfortable and well cared for. My son recently had an appointment and said that Dr. Walls was a "cool doctor," which speaks volumes about his ability to connect with patients of age groups. I truly appreciate the excellent care and service provided by this office.

Upon entering very welcoming ambience. The staff is helpful and patient. Dr. Walls is very well versed in the ocular system. I had a concern about a previous diagnosis from an Ophthalmologist and he explained it more clearly and answered all my other questions.

Sadly, I cannot comment on the quality of care offered by this office since it canceled my appointment twice without notice to me, the second time after I was ten minutes late after a lightning storm. At no point did anyone call to offer to reschedule. It is literally the most unprofessional scheduling experience with any healthcare provider I have ever had. Hopefully others have better luck.

Dr. Wiley Walls is an amazing Dr. His bedside manner is everything. He's very thorough. Best Eye Dr. I have seen in a very long time.

Edit: the only negative comment I have is the difficulty getting in touch by phone. I've tried several times between 2 pm and 3 pm and no answer from the front desk, optometry, or the contact lens desk. Dr. Gonzalez is wonderful. She was so kind and professional, extremely thorough in her exam, and answered all my questions clearly. She was 100% present in the appointment, no rushing, no impatience, even going back to research previous results that I had a question on. She even helped with a question I had about my Mom's vision so I knew what to ask Mom and how to help her get the care she needs. I was absolutely comfortable in her care. She's a great doctor, and I highly recommend her.
