I had an amazing experience at this eye clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my eye health and treatment options. The office was clean, organized, and the appointment was on time. I left feeling confident that I received excellent care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and high-quality eye care. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future eye exams!

If I could give this place no stars I would. The office staff have no idea what they are doing. I don’t need glasses or contacts I just need a routine eye exam. I verified through my insurance they are an in network provider. Called to make an appointment as a new patient they took my information said I came up in their system but it looked different so they wanted me to call my insurance again to ask them why it looks different. Makes no sense typically if a provider was having an issue on their end they would contact the insurance provider line. So I called anyways, my insurance company verified they are in network and my coverage was active and said they they didn’t know what Merrimack eye clinic was looking for and why they didn’t call the provider phone line. I tried calling Merrimack eye clinic to tell them what my insurance told me and I should be good for my appointment. The woman who answered said she didn’t work for them and was going to transfer my call. When the call went through it was disconnected. Then they called me told me they had a complete different insurance in their system. Wanted me to give my information again because they have to verify eligibility. When I called the previous time they had confirmed my insurance and said they saw my profile just looked different then what they were used to. I have never seen a place have no idea what they are doing to schedule a basic eye exam. Do not go here!

People in the office were very nice, but very very busy, the doctor hardly gave me an exam, just had me cover each eye once and said I was fine. Same with my wife, and told her if her glasses didn't end up matching exactly she had to deal with it
