N2 Eyes Optometry

I am so happy I found this place. The staff and service are the best I've ever experienced in the field of optometry. Today we saw Dr. Pham and Izzy and they both had the best bedside manner with my girls. They were so friendly and personable and they took the time to explain everything they were doing so my children felt comfortable the entire time. My youngest is 6, this was her first time at the optometrist and she absolutely enjoyed it which is rare for appointments. I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone!

I highly recommend this optometry office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Izzy, who was welcoming, professional, and fun to talk with. The doctor listened carefully to my concerns, quickly resolved the issues I was experiencing, and provided a new prescription that finally helped me "see again" after a disappointing experience at another location. What really impressed me was the excellent customer service. Three days after wearing my trial contacts, I called the office and introduced myself just once. Ashley immediately pulled up my information and made ordering my contacts incredibly smooth and easy—no repeating myself multiple times or jumping through hoops. They also have a beautiful selection of frames at great prices. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I'm so happy with the care and service I received. Staff is so nice and very professional. They made my 5 year old feel very comfortable for her first eye exam. They were also fast. The doctor was amazing and answered all our questions. The second time I came in I didn't have an appointment and they were very accommodating. They checked my glasses were the prescription seemed off and did it with compassion and a smile on there face. I highly recommend this office and will continue to use them in the future. They were amazing from start to finish.

I absolutely adore our new family Eye Doctor. My entire family goes here and from the kids to the adults we are overly satisfied with Dr Pham and her clinical crew. My son has finally had his eye corrective surgery and on the road to better eye sight and this took her no time to accomplish while other Eye Doctors played with our time and we got nowhere. This office was exceptional in every aspect of my mom's care. Although English isn't her first language, the staff and doctor were extremely patient and kind from the moment she arrived. They provided excellent eye care, ensuring she understood everything and was involved in her healthcare decisions. We also appreciate that this local, family-owned practice, which is rare these days. Highly recommend.
