After years of bringing my Mother to this institution.. I always remembered the dedication of my mother's doctor. Now, decades later it's my turn to take care of my eyes at Eye Institute. Had my first visit, and was pleased with Julia's work. Thanks for making me feel comfortable. Stay tuned...

My experience was great the student doctor I believe her name was Melody Sousa was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about my condition. I asked her so many questions and she answered with no problem. Nowadays good service/help is so hard to find or receive but Dr Sousa was fantastic. Just want to say Thank you to her and the more experienced Doctor who also was assisting Dr. Sousa 😊
Friendly intake staff at front desk. Clean modern waiting area. Short wait time until I was seen. Thorough exam by interns (that introduced themselves!) followed by confirmation of their exam findings by the attending/supervising physician. All appeared capable and provided explanations for each procedure during the exam where technical terms were explained in plain english. They did not hesitate to answer all of my questions. My own mother was a patient at this location (convenient with secure free parking) for many years. I was confident enough in her care that now I entrust them with my own "eyes".
Good afternoon! I would like to express my satisfaction with The Eye Institute. Working with the staff was a great experience, and I loved all the options that were available for me to choose from. The employees were happy to assist me, and I walked out feeling confident in my new glasses. Thank you to the owners and staff for such a pleasant experience. I will definitely be back for my next pair!
I'm a long hauler with PEI now Salus and Drexel U; of at least 60 sixty years with you. I've lived thru your many transitions from first on 20/21?Spring Garden 2nd flr, to N Broad & Olney, 2current on Spencer. I have recommended many to your service, including my late Mother, and all have remarked the same experience. Exceptional attentive patience and ultra professional. I am a glaucoma pt for many years now and your Drs and emerging students have a visible work ethic, although I'm sure, in the Glaucoma unit and then some, accountable to the oversight and leadership of Dr G Richard Bennett. But either way it pleases me to endorse you as an exceptional place of business and anyone in need of eye care all areas are covered including your children. I celebrate with you and Thank you for this opportunity for sharing. Sincerely Barbara Walker
