Dr O’Neil was great! I’ve been struggling with a contact lens prescription from another practitioner for quite a while. He instantly saw why I was having a problem. Corrected it, amazing the difference it made! I’m very impressed ! The office staff couldn’t have been more helpful & courteous . Best is now my vision is so much better!!! Deborah Freeman
I have been a patient of Dr. O’Neil for many years and have always appreciated his personable approach, excellent advice, and quality care. Unfortunately, I have grown increasingly frustrated with the attitude and professionalism of the front office staff. After experiencing multiple negative interactions over the years, I have reached a point where I no longer feel comfortable continuing as a patient at this practice. While I am grateful for the care Dr. O’Neil has provided, the repeated issues with the front office have outweighed that positive experience. As a result, I will be looking for a new optometrist for my future eye care needs.
Ten stars as far as I'm concerned! Nashoba Vision is the best. You receive a warm welcome and genuine care from the staff and techs and Dr O'Neil is very attentive to your needs and concerns. I HIGHLY recommend them!
Dr. O’Neil was very thorough with my exam. His staff was super friendly and professional. Kalen was fantastic at helping me pick out the right pair of glasses to suit my needs.I would highly recommend Nashoba Vision.
