Everyone here is so nice. I highly recommend this practice. I bring my baby girl here no issues at all. Very warm welcome. Facility is very clean & looks new. You can tell everyone takes pride in their work.

I’ve been bringing my kids to Arlington Pediatric Dentistry for several years now, and I can honestly say they provide outstanding care. The doctors and staff are always very professional, kind, and attentive. They go the extra mile to make sure children feel comfortable and well taken care of during every visit. There was one time when my car was towed and I had to pay $175, which was frustrating, but that has been my only issue. Aside from that, every experience has been excellent and on point. I truly appreciate the dedication and care this team shows to their patients. Dr. Ephrem is an amazing pediatrician and exceptional doctor. We have always had an amazing experience with her for our boys. She is extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and compassionate; she is genuinely concerned for our sons’ well being and she cares since the day they were born. She is always attentive to our concerns and explained everything thoroughly. No praise would be sufficient for how grateful we are for Dr. Ephrem ! We just received care today at their new bigger place for our sons’ 1 year and 3year check up and finding parking for the first time was not easy, but we appreciate the staffs accommodating our schedule and seeing with back to back appointments before their lunch time/meeting time. We are so happy with this practice. Thank you so much Dr. Ephrem and everyone from front desk to intake to doctor have been very caring and knowledgeable. We are so grateful!

If I could leave 0 stars to this clinic, I would. A day ago my mom had her baby super sick and she needed an emergency appointment with the pediatric. When she called in to make an appointment, such a rude and unprofessional staff answer her called and told my mom that the baby’s insurance was place on hold and so for the reason they could not make an appointment for her baby. Seriously? My mom immediately called the insurance company regarding the baby’s insurance to check why her insurance was placed on hold. Insurance told my mother that there was no problem going on with the baby’s insurance. All I can say is the this place has become the worse. After changing the owner, the new staffs they have are rude and unprofessional. Can you believe they didn’t make an appointment for my mom’s baby just because apparently the insurance was place on hold (which was not true)? So what, even if there is something going on with the patients insurance, they shouldn’t reject making an appointment for a sick baby. They should show some care for their patients at least. At the end of the day my mom had to take her baby to the hospital because it was necessary to have a doctor checking the baby. Please train well your front desk staffs to have some manners and be professional.

I have been take my son this place since he was born , it hasn’t been great experience. Last time he had vaccines the guy was doing it seems like he didn’t have an idea what he was doing is clinic for .. he was shaking. Inexperience nurses they should have people at least to teach new guys . They take too long to get to your room sometimes they are not even busy really disappointed about this clinic !
