Dr. Jahnle is the best! I would like to send many Thanks to everyone on the staff, especially Pam who went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of asap! Thanks to Pam, an office visit was arranged, that was personalized for me, allowing my glaucoma to be checked, giving me the peace of mind I needed!! Excellent and enthusiastic care by Dr Jahnle. The tech who did preliminary work was neither friendly nor personable. The wait of over 50 minutes between the time of the visit and the appearance of Dr. J was unusual and not explained. While less than 10 minutes was for the early studies, most time was in the uncomfortable exam chair outside scheduling clerk - a noisy and unpleasant experience. Despite the wait and discomfort, the excellence of Dr. J and his explanation outweighed the negative.
Have always found the staff from the front desk to the doctors to be welcoming, personable and approachable. I have been a patient for six years and had a few doc changes but the level of service and care remains high. I’ve worn glasses for 55 years and am very pleased with service I get at Jahnle.
Had an eye exam and was in and out very quickly. Thestaff from the front all the way to the back were super nice and answered any questions I had throughout the process. Choosing the frames and lenses was simple enough and the glasses even arrived a wk early! 10/10 would come back and recommend!
I was referred to Dr Jahnle's office by a friend. Every time I go for a check up I come away with a clear understanding of my condition and what to do for the health of my eyes. I especially appreciate the additional information about caring for my eyes: saline drops, warm water packs on my eyes and a personal test I can preform that will indicate if I am remaining stable or need more medical care. The office staff is warm and very pleasant to new patients. I would recommend Dr. Jahnle if you have eye concerns that are beyond an ophthalmologist expertise.
