My husband and I had an excellent experience at Normandy Eye Center this afternoon. Our appointments were on-time—no waiting. The optometrist was clearly knowledgeable and we are confident our glasses will serve us well. Angel, who helps us with frames and payment, was helpful and efficient. There were no issues with insurance or billing. We can hardly wait for our new eye ware!
I was referred to Normandy Optical several years ago from a friend and have never been disappointed. Dr. Sesto and the whole staff have been amazing. Today I spent time with Angel who was so patient, caring and understanding helping me with frames. As a former customer service manager, I always appreciate the service I receive at Normandy and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Great experience! Staff is very friendly and efficient. My son received a thorough eye exam and Angel helped him pick out new frames. The entire visit took about 45 minutes!
Always a great experience with Dr. Sesto! I will always cherish the fact that I was sent to him by Kresge Eye Institute. He has helped me with my dry eye issues when I was told by numerous doctors there was nothing that could be done. They were wrong. I was blessed to find him. I've gone in to get my yearly contact lens examination recently, and the experience was phenomenal from signing in the receptionist area to seeing the ultimate professional eye doctor to talking to the nice persona of the lady who helped me at the end of my appointment. All in all a great experience I received at Normady Optical. Definitely recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
