Initial visit and test was ok, was a busy day so the eye Dr was pulled in different directions(initial visit march 27 2026). When it came time to pick up my glasses after 4 weeks (the first time) upon trying them on I could tell prescription was off immediately and they weren’t the progressive lenses that I was expecting. Was told to try them for a week to “get used to them”. Did it, wasn’t happy so I returned for a retest. DR was convinced there may have been a drastic change to my eyesight based on test figures compared to prescription being so far off, and suggested primary DR checkup. I followed through with primary DR. Checkup was good and my primary had no concerns with anything. Returned yet again to north park for another retest. Explained that I had passed my checkup without any concerns. I asked eye Dr “is it possible there may have been an office or vendor mistake with prescription the first time”? Eye Dr said “it’s possible but I check everything thoroughly”. I get second retest done, eye Dr is confident that all measurements are on point which were very close to the first initial eye test. By this point it’s now into June 2026. I’m told give it a couple of weeks to get lenses remade and glasses finalized. Call after a few weeks and get told that vendor is experiencing materials issues may be two more weeks. I finally picked up my retested, remade glasses on July 29 2026 and now I’m happy with the finalized prescription. I understand mistakes can easily happen, and I understand material shortages happen. I was extremely patient during this entire process and still don’t know where the mistakes landed, eye Dr office or lens vendor.

30+ years of glasses and optometry visits and I've never found such an overachieving and professional team. Especially their student doctors! They found a progressive condition that my primary care, years of military service, and optometry visits of past never even noticed. Possibly saving me my vision. Beyond grateful. Also the view from the office is classic Colorado. Wins all around.
Were super kind and squeezed us in within an hour's notice for emergency eye concerns even while short-staffed. Did incredibly thorough exams beyond just the presenting issue. Gave good recommendations for future eye care. They were all very friendly and accommodating. Very grateful for their help!!
I have been a patient of Marcie Rose for about 30 years. Currently she is one of very few providers she treat fry eye with very specialized equipment and then expresses the clogged oil lubrication ducts trying to get them functional again. I just had my second treatment. I had sl. Improved eye lubrication with the first treatment and this time she was able to clear more of the dried crystals blocking the ducts. I continue to get tiny crystals comming out today. She also does vision physical therapy to help children and adults to get their neurological/eye system to process information better. She does special testing to see how to adjust my eyes to line up images vertically and horizontally. She then incorporates this into my glasses and I see much better with greatly reduced strain and headaches. I highly pride her expertise and dedication in helping her clients have the best vision function they can have.
Dr. Lervick is an excellent eye doctor. Takes whatever time is necessary to get your eyes checked properly and accurately. Highly recommend you use him. He is as good as it gets.
