I have been a long time patient. The physicians are wonderful. I have had multiple experiences with calls to change existing appointments. The automated process of returning their call is nearly impossible to navigate. If I did not have a history with my wonderful doctor I would go elsewhere.

We are transferring care away from Northwestern Medicine Glenview after a truly awful experience throughout my wife’s second pregnancy. My wife followed her OB to this practice because we trusted her from our first pregnancy, but the Glenview office has been a mess from day one. Every single appointment, *something* has gone wrong: 1. They sent her to the **wrong lab** for bloodwork. 2. Because of that mistake, we had to **demand** they do her **NIPT immediately** so it would still be done on time. This is not something parents should have to fight for. 3. Appointments were **casually rescheduled** out as far as **10 days later**, even though my wife is a **high-risk pregnancy** and we hadn’t had an **ultrasound in six weeks**. There was no sense of urgency or concern for her situation. 4. When we tried to call, we were **hung up on three separate times** by the answering service. 5. We were **promised call-backs** that never came until **days later**, if at all. This is not just inconvenient—it’s unacceptable. When you are dealing with a high-risk pregnancy, you expect a basic level of competence, communication, and respect. Instead, we felt like an afterthought in an overbooked system. It’s very clear this practice has **too many patients and not enough time or organization** to take care of them properly. We never once felt prioritized or genuinely cared for, despite the seriousness of our situation. We are now changing providers because we have completely lost confidence in Northwestern Medicine Glenview. I would strongly caution anyone, especially those with high-risk pregnancies, to think twice before trusting this office with your care.

When you greet someone at the front door a hello or good morning is better than rushing up with sanitizer and throwing a mask in your face. The facility is super nice and clean as it should be for the cost of visiting doctors or clinics in today's world. I won't name my doctor, but he is very good and listens to all my thoughts and communicates very well in the office and if I call him with questions. Now the rest of the staff honestly I have a tough time dealing with. They have a ton of people there and most of them are just sitting in there booth doing nothing. They police the mask policy like crazy yet when you turn around there standing behind the counter with no mask on until a patient walks up the whole system is a farce. I had to go from the first floor to the second up to the fourth and back to the first for a single appointment I mean come on figure it out. Clinics, outpatient, hospitals etc have become a business it's sad.

The service here has really gone downhill. It feels like they’re more focused on billing my insurance than actually helping patients. I arrived on time for my appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes just to see the doctor for my daughter… seriously? Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.

i have been a patient at northwestern for the past 6 years having had a lung transplant. i have always been treated with respect and dignity until yesterday. i had an appointment @ 2:45 checked in online and arrived at the office at 2: 50 i was told to have a seat and wait until my name was called. The waiting room was quite filled and i waited til 3:30 after watching the room emptied i walked up to the front asking why my name wasn't called? The receptionist was nice said she'd go back and see what was going on? Then a nurse came out yelled out my name and asked me to follow her. i then asked her if she was going to put me in a room for another 30 minutes or so simply because i had already waited 45 minutes for my appointment. she accused me of yelling at her which i did not and in fact i can't yell she proceeded to tell me to amp down numerous times continuing to tell me there were no rooms and that i had to amp down. when we got into the room i figured lets just get the test over with but she continued to try and engage in a debate as to whether i yelled at her never once offering an apology for me having to wait 45 minutes also made me wonder had i not gotten up and asked would i have sat another 30-40 minutes?? Her excuse there were no rooms didn't appear to the reason since when i followed her back to the room i passed many empty rooms. this woman was downright rude and mean and has people skills whatsover and should be reprimanded for actions. i have never been treated this rudely in all my years of going to Northwestern. i sent a letter to Dr Tsui and to my transplant team at the downtown location. thank you john moroni
