The worst place ever bad experience waited over a month and didn’t receive my sons 2 pairs of glasses. No phone call to let me know any updated till i went up to the store too see what was going on with the glasses. Please don't waist your time and money here.
Great experience at Texas Optical. The staff was friendly and the whole visit was smooth from start to finish. Sarah was especially helpful — super patient, easy to talk to, and made sure everything was explained clearly. Didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ll definitely be coming back.
It was time for my yearly check up and I was having issues with my insurance. Sarah was great and very helpful with helping me get everything covered through insurance! When it was time for my eye appt, Dr. Bishop was very tentative on her care and very insightful on my astigmatism. 10/10 would go again!
I have gotten my glasses here a couple of times and I have always appreciated the person doing the exam and all the testing before. I have also taken my son here and they have been super chill with him. Also, shout out to the lady doing the billing, she caught a mistake my insurance made and fought it out with them so I wasn't over charged for frames.
Last minute appt, i appreciate tx optical getting my son in at the last minute , he desperately needed an eye exam and they made it fast and easy!!!
