My wife and I stopped by the Oakley Vault in Glendale to shop for new sunglasses and to ask about replacement parts for my wife’s favorite pair. Unfortunately, the parts we needed were no longer available, but Haley went above and beyond to help us find a solution. She took the time to research the issue and discovered that the sunglasses were still under warranty, then helped us secure a replacement pair. We were extremely impressed with her professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile to take care of us. Outstanding customer service like this is rare, and it made a lasting impression. We will absolutely be shopping here again thanks to Haley’s exceptional support.

Went in to get a couple pairs of glasses for my girls trip. Want all is girls wear the same glasses. Haley came over and offered to help. We had the best conversation and she made this the BEST PURCHASE EVER!

My wife bought me a pair of glasses at oakleys in arrowhead mall and the sales associate offered the protection plan in case we want to exchange it for any other styles, so we went to tanger mall OAKLEY VAULT because is closer to our home as soon as we walked in we asked an associate if we can exchange it for a diferent style and he said yes we could, he just told me to pick the ones i want and get in line, so we did that and a girl named HALEY told me right off the bat that we can't exchange it for another style and she staryed raising her voice and i let her know that but she did not care and kept raising her voice, i told her that one the sales associate had just told me that i can and she said I DON'T CARE WHAT HE SAID, IM TELLING YOU, YOU CAN'T GET A DIFFERENT STYLE , SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND I FELT VERY "DISCRIMINATED AGAINST" BY THIS GIRL AND SHE SHOWED ME A PAMPHLET BUT SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHERE IT SAYS THAT I CAN'T GET A DIFFERENT STYLE, SO TO ME SHE WAS BEING "RACIST" AND SHE SHOULD NOT WOKT IN A STORE WHERE PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT NATIONALITIES WILL COME INTO A MALL, THAT WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE AND IT WILL BE MY LAST FOR AS LONG AS HALEY WORKS AT OAKLEY VAULT, FOR NOW I DO NOT RECCOMENT THAT STORE 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Bae went to this store prepared to shop dressed in his official team gear for NASCAR and was asked to present his hard card for the discount. They could have just pulled up the instagram where he is featured consistently and he would have been happy to autograph the receipt - will not be shopping at this store.
