I found Dr. Tran almost two years ago when I was struggling with a serious eye infection. At the time, I was seeing an ophthalmologist who had me on four eye medications and one oral antibiotic. After evaluating my condition, Dr. Tran was able to reduce my treatment to just one eye medication. She took photos of my meibomian glands and, unlike my previous doctor who charged $150 per eye for this service, explained that it was included as part of the medical examination. Since then, I have continued seeing Dr. Tran for treatment of my dry eyes and have also undergone IPL therapy with her. Dr. Tran is amazing—knowledgeable, honest, kind, and always willing to answer my questions. She explains everything thoroughly in plain English, making me feel comfortable and informed rather than intimidated. She has helped improve my dry eye condition and has been open to exploring new treatment options when appropriate. The IPL treatment was especially helpful. Because of the excellent care I have received, I will also be using Dr. Tran for my annual eye exams going forward. My husband just had his annual exam with her and is also very pleased how thorough she was. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate, knowledgeable, and effective eye care.

Dr. Tran has a warm bedside manner and puts you at ease during an exam. She takes her time explaining everything in depth and answered all of my questions and concerns. Friendly and responsive staff. Great selection of frames. Highly recommended.

I wanted to support a neighborhood business and walked into Oculist — so glad I did. From start to finish, the whole experience was wonderful. Dr. Tran gave me a thorough, attentive eye exam and even recommended a ZEST eyelid treatment, which was such a nice bonus. I came in looking for cat-eye frames, and Rafael was incredibly helpful and patient as I took my time deciding. I ended up ordering a clear Saint Laurent pair first, then fell in love with a darker Oliver Peoples pair that came in later, and finally added a pair of the Meta sunglasses in smoked brown with amethyst transition lenses. Everyone there is simply lovely — from Dr. Tran to Rafael to Noodles the shop dog. Warm, welcoming, and truly great at what they do. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Oculist. Dr. Tran was very kind and her staff was incredibly helpful! They even have the new machine that takes a photo of the back of your eye without having to dilate them. Their selection of glasses is great and they have all the classics, plus some really unique ones! I had been searching for a new eye doctor to call home and Oculist is it for me.

Dr. Tran and her entire team are fantastic! Their office is very clean, modern, and organized. She took her time answering any questions I had and made the whole experience easy and stress free. She was very thorough for my comprehensive eye health exam and annual contact lens examination. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oculist for any eye health or examination needs!
