Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would, and I NEVER take the time to write Google reviews, but this one is necessary. Starting off just walking in, the place just doesn't look nice or inviting, the staff isn't very welcoming at all, they seem to not care that there were patients there bc they literally just kept chit chatting and hanging out at the front of the office. Literally as I was trying to go to the front desk this one employee was just ALL in the way and it's like girl, do you not see me here. Then my appointment with the doctor was not thorough or helpful at all. Even before that, the machines were dusty and dirty, you can tell they don't clean them. The doctor didn't seem like he wanted to be there at all, I didn't feel comfortable asking him questions cause he just seemed like he was over it. The exam wasn't thorough in my opinion. Not to mention, they told me I had a stigmatism which I thought was so weird bc I've NEVER had one before and I knew they were wrong. Not to also mentioned the exam for my prescription was WRONG, they told me I had different vision on both my eyes which again, has NEVER happened before and I've worn contacts/glasses basically all my life. So I thought that was weird. AND THEN, I told the doctor I cut my eye months ago and still feel it affected and felt like I still had a cut in there and he said he didn't see anything, and my thing was well of course you didn't cause you weren't looking for it since I told you at the end but the proper procedure would've been for him to put the dye in my eye and do a THOROUGH check for it bc I knew I wasn't tripping. But he didn't, honestly the whole thing just felt rushed, careless, as if I was inconveniencing them. Just don't go here. Whole time I was right on everything bc I went to a better place and they confirmed I didn't have a stigmatism (duh), my vision was the same on both eyes (double duh) and I did in fact still have a cut in my eye. So yeah, 10/10 would NOT recommend.
