We have been coming here for 4 years. Dr. Whitley is superb. Very thorough and addresses each concern. He remembers us and is very personable. The staff are amazing there too! I recommended my parents go to see him and they loved him too.
Dr. Whitley is knowledgeable and explains things in detail. He is friendly and cheerful as well as the staff. Thank you to Hope and Tanya for all your help. Oh! They gave me a bottle of wine as a thank you.
My whole family has been checked here. All of the staff are super nice and welcoming. The doctors are wonderful and listen to your concerns. My husbands glasses broke, and I took them in the next morning. They were able to repair them within a couple of hours. I am very grateful to have found such a professional and amazing office!
This was my first visit to Optic Gallery, and the entire staff was very helpful, pleasant and professional, and the office itself was very comfortable. They walked me through every step of the simple process with patience and thoroughness. Dr. Whitley was very knowledgeable and he made me feel at ease, as did the rest of the staff. I rarely use this word, but they were wonderful, and I highly recommend them.
I had a really wonderful experience. First time patient. The staff was great and so nice. Dr. Whitley was great as well. I forgot the ladies name that helped me pick my frames but she went above and beyond to find a pair I liked. They have an office dog who is the sweetest too. Thank you to the staff !
