Great experience with Dr. Mathew Rodríguez and Solimar. The doctor was very professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Solimar was also very kind and helpful throughout the visit. The whole team made the appointment smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this office!
We had a wonderful experience at this eye doctor’s office. Frankie was welcoming, friendly, professional, and patient with my child. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood our options, making the visit comfortable and stress-free from start to finish.
First of all, I find it interesting that they only reply to the 5 star reviews and nothing on the 1 star reviews. Had appt today at 445. Was asked to arrive 15 min early due to being a new patient, so we arrived at 430 as requested. Finally left at 555 without being seen. Almost an hour and a half waiting for nothing.
