Nicole has amaazingggg customer service! Very professional, very helpful and knowledgeable! I did not like that her co workers left her alone when there were 3 families still waiting to be assisted before closing time. There were 2 families left at 5:45 pm and she was there alone. I rarely put a review ok any place. But this place is getting worse. They open at 9am. I was the first one there but the girl at the front desk told me the other girls were not here yet and she didn’t know when they will show up. What kind of professional work place is this? I ended have to wait for them for I don’t know how long as I’m typing this none of them show up yet. And it’s almost 9:30am already. Terrible place. Doesn’t respect other people time. Also last time I was here I tried to do eye check to get description for the contact lens. I told them I only want to do contact lens. They somehow do the eye check for both glass and contact lens. Then told me i need to pay for both to get the description for the contact lens in order to order my contact lens . I ended up paying way more than I should for the lens. How ridiculous. I never come back or trust this place again. Everyone please be careful with this place.
Everytime I come here, I leave so satisfied! Nicole took great care of me and answered all my questions. Front desk, doctors, and everyone in this office is truly a professional and you can tell they love what they do by the way they treat their patients. So glad to have found them!
Belinda took care of me a little time ago, she was patient with me. I had to change 3 times until she found the perfect budget for me, but things kept happening. But she did it!!! Great personality and available. Thank you Belinda for your patience and helping me. God bless you!
