We’ve had Wonderful experiences at Optical Source! Lauren and all of the staff are personable and they care that everything fits right. Prices are very fair! Just take them your script and they’ll do the rest!
The whole experience was awesome! They work with you until you are satisfied with it all! The customer service exceptional and treat you like a friend! My husband’s glasses are a 10 outta 10 plus!!!! I highly recommend and the optometrist is excellent with many years of experience and makes sure everything is accurate! I would recommend for all my family and friends and to those reading this review! And of course prices are fair and take Medicaid/medicare and I’m sure most insurance! Optical Source of Portales is incredible. Donna and Samantha went above and beyond to help me after a terrible experience at Stanton Optical in Clovis. Samantha and Donna spent time helping me pick out frames, deciding on what my needs were for my glasses and were so sweet, caring and kind. I won’t go anywhere else again. Thank you ladies! You are both such a blessing!
Definitely recommend this place! Frames are very well made & they have an awesome selection available! Name brand & all others! Prices are reasonable & the service is exquisite! The lady working when I went… she walked around & helped compare every frame to my sons lenses! We couldn’t find one exactly but we found the closest & she took them to the back(at no extra charge) & heated them up to make them fit perfectly! A++++
Would not recommended!10 months ago I reviewed this facility and was impressed. However, my daughter needed new lens due to her lenses being scratched very easily and I haven’t been able to drive hours to go to Portales. So we called to get her prescription and they informed us they would not release the prescription due to it not being a real prescription because the provider is not an ophthalmologist. Now I have to go get our daughter a qualified eye exam to get her new lenses for her glasses .
