I had a great experience at the Vision Center inside Walmart thanks to Kayla. She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain my options for frames and lenses and made sure I understood everything before making a decision. Kayla was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It’s clear she really cares about helping customers and making sure they leave happy. Because of her great service, I’d definitely recommend this Vision Center to anyone needing glasses or eye care.

Yes the doctor and staff are very helpful and customer friendly allthe frames are mostly designers real modern so yes I am and would refer Walmart EC C for quality top notch.will most definitely be getting my whole family ey needs from them ✅👌🏿

Angel was AMAZING. I called ahead of time and she was just as kind and welcoming on the phone as she was when I got there! I told her what issues I was having with 2 pairs of frames that I purchased from Walmart and she told me if I came in she would help me and she did just that! She saved both pairs of my very broken and damaged frames. I left completely satisfied and she had a great attitude the entire time. This Walmart is not my home store however it was definitely worth the drive and I will be returning to this vision center when it is time to get a new prescription.

I had the best customer service experience at this location for my eye appointment. Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions and reassured me. The young lady who checked me in has an amazing attitude and helped me select my glasses! Thanks Ms. Dazha for providing excellent customer service! Ms. Angel was good very friendly as well although I wasn’t her customer she still made me feel special! Special thanks to the team there!

This was my first time ever coming to a Walmart VC and the young lady Taylar went out of her way to help me! She is very sweet and organized! She knew exactly what I needed and took good care of me. I definitely will be returning back!
