I absolutely love this Eye Clinic! The people here are friendly, warm, and oh so helpful! The doctors are kind and thorough and it is always a pleasure to come for my checkup! If you are looking for a fabulous eye clinic...this is absolutely the right place!
I made an appointment weeks ago and it was confirmed and everything and at the last minute their staff decides that I need to pay out of pocket "private pay" when I have insurance, because it appears to me the greed here prefers not to file though insurance. Their story is that they are negotiating with the insurance company as of 30 minutes ago. Like I explained to the lady on the phone who was professional, I don't pay for insurance coverage to pay out of pocket for visits too! My time has been wasted.
Dr Bowman and his staff were great. Very thorough and efficient. Zero complaints and I can't wait to get my new glasses!!
My son made an appointment here, but when they confirmed it there was no problem. Then after confirmation they decide they want to shake him down for private pay and won’t accept his insurance (which has been the same for years). Shame on these greedy people. Go here at your own risk
I've been here before, and the service was ok. However, I just called to make two appointments for myself and my daughter (who needs to be seen asap due to an eye issue) and spent 7 minutes going back and forth about my insurance before she would even schedule an appointment. I have excellent vision insurance through my healthcare plan and money to pay out of pocket if I needed to! I just hung up because that is ridiculous. It is not my job to navigate the intricacies of insurance or educate her on how insurance works. I called another provider nearby and made a same-day appointment in under 2 minutes. Jesus Christ
