I was looking for a provider within my network when I chose to come here. I felt the professionalism and care of the staff while scheduling my appointment. When I got to the office, the attitude and demeanor of the entire staff was polite and respectful. From the gentleman who conducted my intake to the doctor and the two women in the office, the customer service culture shined. I highly recommend this place for your eye care,they are very nice and helpful,never a long wait at all and Dr Sanchez is AWSOME he explains everything so you understand it! Friendly staff and it was very easy coming in on a Saturday to get my husband and my eye exams done. I thought it was a fast experience and loved how informative and helpful Dr. Sanchez is during the process.
