They took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses. The eye exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly. The store was clean and well-organized, with a wide selection of frames to choose from. I also appreciated how quickly my glasses were ready. Overall, excellent customer service and high-quality products. I would definitely recommend LensCrafters to anyone looking for reliable eye care and stylish eyewear.

Booked a same day appt through Eye Med. When I called, someone picked up the phone right away. They confirmed my appt and sent me forms to fill out. I was at my appt in a hour. My info was printed and the staff was expecting me. Everyone was so nice. The gentleman at the front desk who did the prep work was professional and calm. I cannot remember his name. Kyle was my sales rep. My doctor was Dr. Viol. She was so informative and did a thorough job with my eye exam. Kyle was so kind, informative as well and not pushy. He gave me lots of options, gave me space, and explained all my options and pricing before I proceeded with anything. I highly recommend coming here. Great staffing, set up and reasonably priced.

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with my visit to LensCrafters at 225 N Michigan Ave. The service was outstanding from start to finish, very enjoyable experience overall. Dr. Violi was exceptional, thorough, precise, and incredibly knowledgeable. This was easily the most detailed eye exam I’ve ever had, yet everything moved quickly and efficiently. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in my prescription. Great experience all around. Highly recommend!

LensCrafters saved the day. We were in Chicago on vacation and discovered both of our kids. Forgot their contacts and/or damaged them. April was able to look up our prescriptions in their system and we were able to get trial pairs for each kid! We also were able to order new lenses that were shipped home. Thank you!

They've upped their game since I was here several years ago. I went to get new glasses with transition lenses, and so far they're fine. The customer service is very professional and the place is spacious, with a big selection. Years ago it was more cramped and rude, which is why I avoided this place. They used to deny there were issues with lenses and seemed stressed and unhappy. Now they are calm and answer questions. We have many options in this area, and it's easy to find good glasses and customer service nearby. Maybe that's why they changed.
