Optometrist Next To Target Optical

Had a wonderful eye exam with the Optometrist Dr. Uehara. She’s great! Got fitted for contacts also. Will definitely be returning! They have amazing customer service as well, kind and helpful employees. Was very pleased all around. Thank you!

Do not hesitate to make an appointment if you need Optical care. Staff is friendly and helpful. My exam was thorough and professional. I picked up my glasses in 3 days! Perfect!

Apparently having BOTH Target receipt and Target Optical receipt doesn’t suffice for a return because they can see it in MY profile in THEIR SYSTEM but can’t see numbers to match to do a return. My receipts should be more than enough proof that has numbers on it to process the return. The store manager was of no help and the only solution she had was to mail it back to the original store so they can figure out the return. Sounds like it’s a system issue even though I had BOTH receipts for proof of purchase! Today is literally my last day to return and she tells me it’s 45 business days and not days (so let this be my proof) if I’m unable to return it!

I definitely go back for another glasses. Dr. Truong and Ron as salesman are very good in their profession. The shop offers huge variety of designs. I’m very happy with the service and the result.
