I love my Meta AI glasses 🤓. The customer service I received was exceptional. I like the fact that they used my insurance could be utilized when ordering my glasses. The Meta glasses are more then fashion statement for me they are helpful with my work as a community healthcare worker and social media influencer educating the masses hands free with my glasses. I love the options to change out clip on lenses for different sunglasses 😎🕶️ styles. If you are on the edge I'd encourage you to go in and demo then and then tell them Van sent you and they'll say who 😂😆😂😂

Anahi at Target Optical patient kind,very helpful understanding. Helped me with all available options that I liked. She saved my prescription and frames that I tried on in the system. Came back literally months later and because of what Anahi had done months ago Jessica who was in the store at the time was able to pick up where Anahi and I left off! Thank you two for your all your help and wealth of information knowledge and experience! I would give these ladies a 10 if it were possible.

Great experience as a new walk-in patient! The staff was friendly and efficient, my insurance was pulled up without any hassle, and Ashley was very helpful. The whole process was quick and smooth, and I even left with a new pair of glasses.

I had a great experience here! I had gone in to see if they could replace one of the screws that had come off of my target sunglasses, and Jessica was very helpful and friendly and was able to replace the screw free of charge!

My husband’s lens in his prescription glasses would not stay in. The lady’s there worked on his glasses until they found the right screws to place so that the lens would not fall out. They also let me know that I had a warranty and requested for them to be replaced. Thank you Jessica, Xany, and Ashley!!! Team work makes the dream work!!! 😊
