Nicole was great helpful and knowledgeable. I came in to look at and get info on the meta glasses. She was very nice and answered all of my questions which led to me making the purchase earlier than I expected. Highly recommend. Thanks Nicole! My wife loves them.
We have always had a great experience at Target optical in Glenn Allen. This time was no exception. Nicole helped us and she was great! She helped us navigate insurance so that we got the best price, and wrapped up the process ( even doing tune-ups on sunglasses) with us. Nicole ‘s customer service skills are excellent. She thoroughly explains things and is always detail oriented and pleasant to interact with. When it’s time for glasses again we will definitely be coming back to Target Optical in Glen Allen, VA.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Nicole was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to adjust and fix my glasses with a positive and uplifting attitude. I will certainly be doing my business here from now on.
Nicole was amazing! She explained everything and did not try to push any glasses on me that I was not interested in. She even ran my insurance 2 different ways to make sure I got the best deal.
