Fantastic staff and excellent doctors. This office provides outstanding customer service and truly cares. The doctors are thorough and pay attention to patient feedback. I have referred other people here and they've all been very happy as well. I highly recommend them.
I had really good service here. I had a prescription at Walmart, but they said they couldn't make my glasses for one reason or another. Anyways, Optometry Corner ended up making my glasses. The original lenses that were put in ended up defective. My vision would be warped whenever I wore them. It turned out that the measurements were wrong where the clarity of the lenses and my eyes were not lined up. Optometry Corner went decided to get my glasses redone and now I can see fine without the warped vision from the defective lenses. I recommend this place for anyone looking to get glasses and/or contacts. Nowadays its really hard to find businesses that have good service. So if you find a good one its good to support them.
Optometry Corner in Irvine is absolutely amazing! The Dr's and office team are very customer service driven and are always so nice and empathetic to the needs and interests of their patients. Dr. Nhi has been incredible with my family and same with Dr. Cho. So much time was taken to help my daughter learn how to put contacts in we stayed past closing hours to make sure she was comfortable. When she needed a prescription adjustment so much attention was given to make sure her concerns were addressed. Today I contacted the office to inquire about ordering contacts before an upcoming trip and the office manager went above and beyond to make sure I had enough to make it back. Truly incredible and I can't thank them enough for all they've done. We always look forward to going to Optometry Corner and you should to if you've never been! 😀
My husband and I have been coming to see Dr. Lui for 10 years. He is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The staff is wonderful. Nice clean offices. And we never have to wait long.
Dr. Lui was very nice and seemed knowledgeable and professional during my medical eye exam. However, my experience with the office afterward was very disappointing. It has been over a week since my appointment, and I still haven’t received the prescription eye drops I need for my dry eye condition. The medication requires prior authorization from my insurance, but the office did not seem able to process it. They kept telling me to contact my insurance company and the pharmacy myself, and the doctor insisted that it should be approved. But both my insurance and the pharmacy told me that the doctor’s office needs to handle the prior authorization. Unfortunately, the office kept passing the responsibility back to me, and I still haven’t received the treatment I was prescribed. I appreciated Dr. Lui’s professionalism, but the office support was frustrating. I’ve decided to find another eye doctor.
