Dr Thomas is awesome. The customer service is wonderful. Connie is very helpful, and very kind. The office is very clean. I'm so happy I decided to give Oswego Vision a try. I will definitely make Dr Thomas my new eye Dr.

Oswego Vision truly deserves 5 stars! The office has such a charming and welcoming atmosphere. My first visit was for my daughter and the second for myself. On both occasions, the staff were friendly and thorough. Dr. Thomas suspected that my prior prescription may have been too strong and was genuinely committed to making sure it was perfectly accurate going forward, which I really appreciated. But the real standout moment for me was working with Veronica. She not only remembered the glasses I had tried on the first time I was at the office for my daughter's exam, but had them ready and waiting for me when I returned weeks later! That level of thoughtfulness and customer care really stood out. Highly recommend Oswego Vision to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and a team that cares.
