Peabody Eye Associates

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit for my exam. I checked in with Sam, had vision tests with Spencer who was wonderful, and Dr Wu explained everything carefully. Turns out one of my eyes has a cataract forming resulting in slightly blurred vision. I won’t need cataract surgery for some years and this eye will need it 3 years before the other night. Megan was very personable when she checked me out.

Very professional and kind staff. As someone who gets nervous during unfamiliar experiences, it was relieving to have the staff explain clearly the eye exam process and what I needed to do. It made it go smoothly. Thank you

I have been using Peabody eye Associates at LensCrafters in the North Shore Mall for many years now and I’ve always been very satisfied. The optometrist are very professional and friendly. I feel like they do a very thorough exam and keep me apprised of any concerns I should be aware of. And the staff in the LensCrafters store are always really helpful and thorough. Today they answered all my questions and went above and beyond, just helping me get what I needed. I highly recommend.

So nice and don’t rush you! They let you sit down and try on a bunch of glasses. You don’t have to buy right away if you want to think about it. Super nice staff. I even got an eye exam and the eye doctor was awesome so nice. Very though!! In Addison the lenses were blurry and I had to return my glasses for 4 different reasons so not convenient. Plus never offered me a discount or anything for the in convenience. I might try pearl vision next time.
