I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. The gentleman who performed the screening tests before my exam was especially patient and took the time to clearly explain each step, which really helped me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Mangold was incredibly thorough during the exam and explained everything in a way that was detailed but easy to understand. The woman who helped me choose my frames and place my glasses order was also kind, patient, honest, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to my insurance and some additional discounts, I ended up getting a far better deal than I ever imagined. Overall, I’m so glad I chose this location for my eye exam and eyewear, and I can't wait to pick up my new glasses!

Staffs are so polite and respectful. Service is fast and easy. Dr Jennipher is very friendly and helping me to understand what I’m having problems in my eyes. She explained well and gives me the best direction. Love it.
I received a text 4/24/26 asking about feedback. I cannot say anything positive regarding eyeglass delivery. -100 Optometrist visit is 50/50. Sent hubby here and his script is basura. Still haven’t received the glasses I paid for back in March. I don’t want to hear anything about boxes not being opened, prescriptions not being filled nor the office staff being too busy. (YES, all the reasons staff has given me as to why I don’t have my frames). I get that, and understand. However GET IT TOGETHER!!! I paid and never got the product I allotted cash for. Anywho. I do suggest getting your eyes checked out here, getting a paper scrip and finding a 3rd party where you can obtain actual frames in a reasonable time. I’ll post pictures of my receipt and call log just in case the manager comes and in here with foolishness.
Not a good experience at all. Walked in around 910am for a 920am appt. No greeting, no acknowledgement. Went and sat in one of the 4 chairs available for waiting customers. After another customer walked in and she was greeted did I know that I needed to check in and then they would then help me. I hadn't noticed the desk, it didn't say "Registration" so just didn't notice it as I'd never been there before. Sat back down and waited again to be called back. Went back and did the eye tests and those should be explained more in depth. Didn't have pictures of my eye that were like that. As a person who gets migraines easily, the flashing lights should be mentioned or explained beforehand. Sat back down and waited again. Called back by the Dr and it seemed like a rushed interaction. Feel like the exam was not as in depth like I've ever done before. Felt very minimal effort by Dr. When tried to order contacts, they told me I'm not eligible. Called insurance after I left and yes, all is good with insurance. Woman at checkout just told me to call back in if I wanted to order contacts, which I did but got no answer and no call back as of yet. Hopefully tomorrow. If not, I'll just order contacts elsewhere. Not likely to return.
Daughter an myself had an appointment. Doctor was amazing very informative, just had a great experience with the doctor part of the visit. If I was just reviewing her I would have given 5 stars. As for the other ppl (one female in particular) that are supposed to help with picking out glasses and picking up glasses was very unfriendly wasn't helpful and really in my opinion doesn't feel comfortable working with the public. Any questions I asked she didn't know or gave me a very generic answer. Also it took more than 3 weeks for them to put new lens into my frames.....
