In the past, I had my exams and purchases from a competitor and I did not have the great service from them as I did from pearle vision. The experience was top notch and very professional. Aaron and the Dr were so nice and not to mention they had a great selection. The whole experience was perfect!
The doctor is great! The selection of eyewear and pricing are NOT! You are required to PAY for a one-year warranty ($39.95). Edited: Prevous locations I've shopped include this type of warranty with their eyewear. Also, I never received a phone call that my eyeglasses were ready. I will attempt to better understand this store's policies.
The entire crew is so nice, hands down best eye experience. They were thorough and also fast. No wait time. They were patient to explain insurance and options very clearly- so sweet 10/10. Also they have a lot of internal discounts too
The 4 stars is due to the fact that their scheduling system kicks you off the schedule if you don’t confirm… well they had my wrong contact information, but luckily no one else too my time slot so these blind eyes were able to be seen. This is a corporate issue and should be changed. On another note PATRICK is absolutely amazing. He has helped me now two years in a row ordering my contacts and if I needed glasses. He makes sure my insurance is utilized and I’m getting the best deal possible. But not only that he is personable and makes the experience better. It can be a pain spending your hard earned money on something you can’t help. I had a payment issue and had to leave and call and order a week later. Patrick was still right there ready to assist. I will request Patrick from now on! He deserves 5 stars!
I called on Friday in hopes of seeing a doctor on Monday, I was surprised that they could get me in on Saturday to see Dr. Johnson. She took good care of me. I discovered I had an abrasion on my eyeball. Prescribed drops that are already making it feel better.
