Had a great experience here today. The doctor was really helpful explaining in much detail about my test results and different options for the future. It was busy and the staff was working really hard to help everyone. I also liked the photo in the bathroom lol
It was my first visit here, and I had an appointment with Dr. Mueller. She was kind, charming and clearly cares about her job. A young lady named Sara helped me pick out frames (which I went back on, and she was very nice about it), and she was a great help with checking out and giving me info on getting frames in the future. I can’t for the life of me remember the receptionist’s name (I’m sorry!), but she was efficient and professional. Overall, I had a great experience here and will be going back in the future if insurance allows!
The doctor was very kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Since I had never worn contact lenses before, I was recommended a contact lens training session. I paid for it before receiving the service and even before the appointment took place. However, within 30 minutes of making the payment, I called back and explained that I had changed my mind and preferred to schedule an appointment for glasses instead. I was told that I could still attend the training, but that my payment would not be refunded. What disappointed me is that I never received the service I paid for, nor did I use any physical product. While I appreciate the doctor’s excellent care and professionalism, I was unhappy with the office’s refund policy and the lack of flexibility in this situation.
Sara is the absolute best! She’s extremely thorough and knowledgeable when explaining prescriptions and always takes the time to answer all of my questions. She’s also very patient, especially since I tend to ask a lot of questions! Lol. I highly recommend this location, and definitely ask for Sara!
I'd recommend Pearle Vision to anyone looking to get glasses or contacts. Jemina has great taste and can help pick out frames that fit your facial structure and also look great. 5/5 ⭐️ service. Also the doctor explained everything and answered all questions.
