For all the years that i've been coming to Pearl Vision.I've only ever had one slight issue and it was more of an accident. When I first started coming to pearl vision, I saw barb only, and she was one of the main reasons I kept coming back. She always did a wonderful job helping me with my frames and didn't mind if I came back for a minor adjustment. Then, I met Jason, and he has been exceptional. He's extremely knowledgeable, and he's been the one I go to now. He has been so helpful and so understanding.

Plus another 5 stars for going above and beyond Thank You Lisa!! I have always had wonderful service and have been treated kindly and respectful Today I got a scratch on one of my lenses, new glasses, didn’t get insurance So I called just a why not call didn’t think I could really get anything done My fault for not getting the insurance Lisa said she would see what she could do An hour and a half later Lisa called got new lenses for me!! A one and done could not have come at a better time Thank you!!

5/13 Today, My daughter and I had EXCELLENT customer service from the time we walked into the establishment until departing. JASON provided a caring/sincere demeanor throughout the transaction; his knowledge of frames, prescriptions and accessories are phenomenal. Initially, LISA assisted with our transaction, (adjustments for comfortable fit) as she too, was professional and took time explaining the details of eyewear to ensure we were satisfied.

I went to get my eye exam and new glasses and everyone was absolutely AMAZING. From the doctor to all the associates. They were kind, very knowledgeable and very very helpful. I would highly recommend Pearl Vision Center of Wyomissing .

I have been coming here for many years and it was largely due to Barb. The service has changed with her leaving, the newer staff aren’t the same. They also carry smaller, limited, overpriced selection of glasses for men. I started going to Costco, not necessarily for better price, but better selection. I called Pearl Vision 3 times today regarding appointment and placed on hold for a while. Then sat in waiting area well beyond when I was supposed to be seen. I’ve lost interest after todays experience. Looking for a new eye place for next year.
