A+ : Clean facility with many frame options to buy and contacts to try! Friendly staff who are patient and care about the experience from start to end. I see Dr. Thornton for my own appointments, and bring my children to see him. Every appointment he is personable and efficient, and explains the summary of the visit so I can understand it! They have even taken our timing needs into consideration and made an appointment available to accommodate our family. I once lost a new contact pretty soon after buying it and they replaced it with no extra cost. Highly recommend this clinic!

Our Eyes and our Sight are so important and I have seen both Dr. Thornton and Dr. Bell in the past. I trust both of them. They both describe things well as they compare the most recent pictures of my eyes to former pictures. They point out the progress of macular degenertion, and cataracts, and the "floater" I have. Looking at cataract surgery in the next year or two and I trust them to let me know when it is time. I always find at least one pair of frames I like. It usually takes less than 2 weeks to get my new glasses. It does not take long to get an appointment. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I always have a pleasant experience when I come here.

I LOVE this eye clinic! Everyone is so nice and truly cares! They made accommodations for my daughter on our last visit so she could be seen. I have never liked seeing the eye doctor but ever since I started going to Precision Family Eyecare, I actually look forward to my appointments! They listen and make you feel like what you say matters.

We were very happy with the service at Precision. Everybody was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. My appointment started exactly on time, and both the assistant and doctor were able to answer all of my (many) extra random questions.

The optometrist there is fantastic and so is his staff. It’s the best optometry office I’ve experienced, and I’ve tried many over the decades. They are highly competent and also extremely helpful and friendly. And their pricing is reasonable compared to some others who haven’t been as good.
